May 22, 2012 - another 30 more minutes:
Busy night, but I managed to add 30 minutes to the painting. Inky is getting more and more beautiful each time I stop. If an artist could start falling in love with the model in the painting, this would be the time.

May 21, 2012 - another 30 more minutes:
So I added another 30 minutes to the painting. I believe I have passed the critical point of the painting. After this point, I would be able to paint much faster. That said, I decided to stop here because I was so dead tired! Besides, make you wait!

May 20, 2012 - 30 minutes more in the evening:
Starting to work on the details of her eyes and facial complexion. It was ton of fun and pleasures just to play with all the complex colors and tones on her face. Also, the eyes and expression are just so awesome to paint!

Since I was too busy, I had to stop after spending another 30 minutes on the painting.

May 20, 2012 - 30 minutes:
I love this photo of Inky for many reasons...

WHAT?!! Do I have to spell it out for you, or what?! Think for yourself (why I like it), will ya?!

Anyway, I will take time to paint this piece, because I know I will enjoy painting it so much. I also know you will love the painting when I'm done.

Oh, and Inky, thanks for posting it. I so love painting this beautiful face of yours!
